Cancellation Policy of Blink By Biana

Notification: Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule their appointments are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to allocate the slot to another client and keep our scheduling efficient.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. This compensates for the time reserved especially for you.

No-shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notification will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Rescheduling: While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, we request that any rescheduling be done within the aforementioned 24-hour window. If rescheduled within the 24-hour window, the late cancellation fee will apply.

Late Arrivals: We strive to stay on schedule to honor all our clients' time. If you're late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule, ensuring the next client's appointment isn't delayed. Please aim to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time.

Payment: Any cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. If no card is on file, the fee will be added to your account and must be settled before any future bookings.

Exceptions: We understand that life can be unpredictable. In exceptional circumstances (like medical emergencies), please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to waive or adjust the fees on a case-by-case basis.

Photographic Consent & Release
By proceeding with services provided by Blink By Biana, the client hereby grants permission to Blink By Biana, its agents, and representatives to take photographs of the work performed. The client acknowledges and agrees that these photographs may be used for, but not limited to, promotional, advertising, and informational content, including on websites, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
The client acknowledges the following:

Use: The photographs may be used for commercial, promotional, educational, or other purposes as determined by Blink By Biana.

No Compensation: The client will not receive any compensation, royalty, or fee associated with the use of the photographs.

Release: The client releases and discharges Blink By Biana from any claims, actions, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the photographs, including any distortion, blurring, or alteration that may occur in processing or publication.

Anonymity: Unless expressly agreed, the client's full name will not be published. Blink By Biana respects the client's right to privacy.
The client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this consent and release.
